What is an I SUP SAFE Course?

This is one day course aimed at SUPers who wish to be safe on the water and be confident and equipped to explore new areas confidently.  The course includes, board selection, equipment, safety and rescue, navigation, common mistakes and problems, paddling with friends, safety systems and knowledge to accompany you on your next adventure.
